Join Natalie for a two day beginners class (4-5 hours) in Villeneuve d'Aveyron (France) where you will learn the techniques behind chocolate making by using the proper equipment and high quality Barry cacao chocolate.

You will learn to combine flavours with textures and create your own chocolate box. Treat yourself (and maybe a friend or two) to this experience. At the end of your course, you will receive a document summarising all you have seen during the two days. Please note that this course does not give out a certification after its completion.

Pricing :

100 euros per person per day. The class is split into two days (all included : tools, materials, ingredients).

Individual or group courses are available.
